Collecting availability through forms allows volunteers to select their available dates and times directly within a specified date range.

Enable Organization Settings
â ď¸ Warning: Turning this feature to Yes triggers an immediate, org-wide reset that permanently deletes every user's availability data and personal scheduling preferences. Moving forward, all existing and newly created users will default to Unavailable. If you later switch this setting to No or restore the setting back to default as off, your previous data will not be restored, and all availability fields will be removed from your forms.
Click Settings > Organization Settings.
Click the Users tab.
Click to turn the Use Default? button off on the Allow availability form fields? setting.
Click the dropdown menu next to the setting.
Click Yes.
Click the Save button.
Add the Availability Field to a Form
The Add Availability field is available to be added to all forms except the User Registration, User Data Collection (with Submission History), and Family Member Registration forms:
Click Forms > Lists.
Click the More Actions menu on the form you wish to add availability to.
Click Update. The Form Builder appears:
Click the Actions button > Add Availability, or click the arrow next to Availability field in the fields section.
Click Add Availability or Availability. The Availability window appears:
Enter a Name for the field.
Select the From Date of when the availability period starts.
Select the To Date of when the availability period ends.
Click the Update button. The field is added to the form.
Click the Save button.
