Copy a Form

Duplicate an form or copy an form to another account.

If you need to create a new form that is similar to one you already have it can be duplicated or copied to another account. Copying a form carries over its core setup, reducing manual work and maintaining consistency across your platform. The Copy function allows you to replicate a form in two different ways:

  • Duplicate Locally: Clicking the Copy button in the form list creates an identical version within your current account. The new entry will appear with (Copy) added to its name, making it easy to tweak settings without starting from scratch.

  • Copy to an Account: Select Copy from the More Actions menu on the forms list to send the setup to another account. This allows you to share field configurations across account environments while keeping the original intact.

💡Tip: If the original form had a category assigned, you will need to reselect that category for the copied field.
