If you need to create a new automation that is similar to one you already have it can be duplicated or copied to another account. Copying an automation carries over its core setup, reducing manual work and maintaining consistency across your platform. The Copy function allows you to replicate an automation in two different ways:
Duplicate Locally: Clicking the Copy button in the Automation list creates an identical version within your current account. The new entry will appear with (Copy) added to its name, making it easy to tweak settings without starting from scratch.
Copy to an Account: Selecting Copy from the More Actions menu allows you to send a copy of the Automation to another account. This allows you to share established workflows across different account environments while keeping the original intact.

See the following instructions to duplicate an Automation:
Click Workflows > Automations.
Click the Copy button. The Automation window appears:
Click the dropdown to select the Automation you wish to duplicate.
Click the OK button. The Automation appears at the bottom of the Automation list:
Copy an Automation to an Account
See the following instructions to copy an Automation to an account:
Click Workflows > Automations.
Click the More Actions menu.
Click Copy. The Copy window appears:
Click the dropdown to select the account you wish to copy the Automation to.
Click the Copy button.
