User Profile Page Form

Update personal information, manage preferences, and adjust account settings.

The User Profile Page form allows Volunteers to view and update their personal details, manage account settings, and set preferences at any time.

Where to Assign the Form

  1. Click Settings > Organization Settings.

  2. Click the Users tab.

  3. Click the Profile Form field dropdown to select a form.

  4. Click the Save button.

Where the Form Appears

The form is embedded directly on the My Profile page in the Volunteer Portal.

Duration & Availability

The form is always available on the portal for logged-in Volunteers.

Form Rules

See the following supported and unsupported features:

  • ❌ No shareable link.

  • ✅ Tab Breaks supported. This is the only form type that allows Tab Breaks to organise profile fields.

  • ❌ Page breaks not supported.

  • ❌ Add Content not supported.

  • ❌ Add Referees not supported.

  • ✅ Add Availability supported.
