Exporting form fields extracts the structure and questions of your form such as labels, field types, option lists, and settings metadata with no user-identifiable submission data directly from your admin dashboard. It allows you to easily back up your form design, audit field settings, or review question structures offline without downloading individual user submissions. You can generate and download a CSV file directly from your admin dashboard.
Click Forms > Lists.
Click the More Actions menu on the form you wish to update.
Click Export Fields. A CVS file is downloaded.
