Release Notes - Mobile App - 13 August 2026

This article provides an overview of the features / updates the product development team have delivered in the 13th August 2026 Mobile App release.

What's New 🚀

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy Mobile App, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Event Portal Banner Optimised For Mobile

We have added a dedicated Mobile Banner Image setting optimised for mobile viewing. On the mobile Event Details page, this image appears top-and-center. If left blank, it falls back to your existing Event Portal Banner Image that may not be scaled to fit mobile view.

To add a Mobile Banner Image: Click Events > Events > update the Event you wish to add the image to > click the Advanced tab > click the Browse button next to the Mobile Banner Image field.

💡Tip: This setting is only available if the Rosterfy Mobile App is enabled for your account.

Minor Enhancements / Fixes ☑️

Minor enhancements / fixes have also been made to the platform and are outlined briefly below.

Review Answers Before Submitting a Form

When enabled by an admin, users can now review and edit their responses before submitting a multi-page user data collection form.

💡Tip: The Show confirmation page? setting within the form must be enabled. See the Edit the Form Settings section of the Create and Update a Form article for more information on how to enable this setting.

Buttons Reflect Custom Terminology

The Post Shift Feedback button, form title, and section header now support custom terminology. Any updates made to your terminology settings will automatically apply across all three locations.

Account Logo Now Uses Favicon

We’ve updated the account dropdown logo to match your Favicon. If no Favicon is set, it will automatically default to your Logo Colour image.
